the threads in the G&O pick up an interesting divide in the minds here on getbig, so where do the playas lie?
in corner one: over 260 pounds with a fair amount of excess fat on him. arms are 19" roughly, bench is climbing up to 400, squat is over 550 and deadlift is roughly 550. could stand to diet but is definitely well muscled.
in corner two: under 175 pounds with little fat on him. largest limb is still barely 20", in regular clothes you'd never know he works out. shirtless, though, he's well defined with some striations in the shoulders, but in the gym he struggles with even mildly impressive weights.
what do you pick? personally i'd say the guy in corner one, he can lose the fat in a few months, corner two would take years to build the muscle up if he could at all.
