Dude all flames aside you seem like a cool guy and both you and Laura do look good for your age and made good transformations. She wouldn't be getting all this shit if you guys posted a little more humbly. Laura came DEAD LAST but you post pics of her walking all around with the trophy and saying that she "placed". A last place trophy is nothing to be proud unless you are a down syndrome stricken 5 year old bro. Why not just be honest, and be like oh shit I came last but had a great time and got in the best shape of my life ill train harder for the next show. There was no shame in how Laura looked for her age having had a couple of kids the shame is coming last everyone knowing it, and trying to pretend you didn't.

I disagree about Arvilla being a cool guy obviously.

It's not being cool when trying to pretend he and Cheri Lane gets better placings than they do.

They both have good physiques however, Cheri Lane's the one with the most impressive transformation, and considering she claims she's natural, that's very impressive.

But cool? No. Arvilla is just as delusional as when he was that fat fcuk who posted pics and vids of himself doing most musculars/gut & thigh poses, being delusional enough to think he was better thank the ripped member Freakzilla.

Difference is that he's got a better physique. Back then he would drink gallons of gatorade everyday, and other stupid shit, while claiming to be a certified personal trainer, advicing people on nutrition and training.

It's not their physiques that gets them crucified. It's their attitudes.

So let me get this straight, with all due respect.

I can't know what it feels like to get in the best shape of my life, with all the perceived suffering and pitfalls that go along with it, and compare myself (not that it's a favorable comparison for me) or make comments about their physiques that aren't "supportive" in some way, shape or form, unless I'm up on stage, or have been in some point.

And I can't feel good or proud of myself for what I may have accomplished in that regard unless I post countless pics of myself on the site in order to gain other peoples opinions.

ive said it all along. typical off-season mode kinda guy that never dares to go on a diet because he's afraid to lose the little muscle and size he have and then he would need to battle with his insecurity issues.
