well put, alex. i keep getting the feeling that this is being treated like naval maneuvering, like we're attempting to stage a coup and bring down the palace. as though mars's stupid-ass roleplay schtick really went to some people's heads.
the crew tore down people who did nothing but talk shit and added nothing to the board. if they hadn't spent their 10,000+ posts each flaming so goddamn much it wouldn't have happened. we're sure not about going after people simply because they seem easy to insult and piss off. i don't get any pleasure out of pissing people off just for its own sake, and i think only elementary school children or people with the mindset of one do. and when those children come around they deserve a smack in the head crew-style to bring them back to reality.
this isn't a game of Risk. we're not over here formulating plans and positioning the troops for the final assault. we're just having a good time, and PMing crew members to try and pull them over to the squad or going out of your way to lure them over? come on man, that's just stupid.
