When I got to the gf's house she asked why i was late.  I kissed my biceps and slapped my triceps and said 'because i been working these beasts baby doll!'   She rolled her eyes, her daughter laughed.   Oh yeah, the arms are stinging today!   Shes done called me at work and told me DON'T BE LATE TONIGHT, DON'T WORK THE BEASTS you idiot.

Life is great!
I might just rent The Bingo Long All Stars and Motor Kings tonight!

And to add insult today shes playing golf with my buddies while i'm stuck at the damn gym all day.  Oh glorious spring day, why has thou graced her and at the same time stomped me into da ground?

But its a glorioius day, lets all rejoice at the 72 degree weather.  I have on short sleeves again, the spring revealing of the pythons is today!
