I know that I have all of the right parts to be the best in this sport … symmetry, conditioning, muscularity. I also know that at my absolute best, I CAN NOT be stopped. I work extremely hard to balance out those three bodybuilding components. I have always believed in my abilities. Another bit of advice is to be confident that you can bring a physique that will stand out on its own. What do I mean? When I build my physique, I do not emulate anyone else's physique. I take my idea of perfection and I create the product … ME. Always remember that the idea is NOT to re-create something, but to create something completely new and improved. I may not be the biggest, but I will certainly catch your attention. You have to create that something, whatever that is, that will set you apart from the rest. My overall stage balance does this for me. Try my formula. It will work for everyone as it results in a brand new YOU"
