It feels good to be training hard again!!! I know that I'm not the hardest in this pic but hey, I'm not competing. Just lifting heavy again feels good to me.

Yeah My last pic at 220 was just after a 6month lay off, so my chest shrunk pretty good. I've got my arms back to 18.....I started back on McDonalds.

Yeah I picked it out myself...J/K. I've got a bit more growing to do, then I'll start cutting up. I don't have to be ultra ripped as I'm married, but I still like to turn heads.
