I beleive short man syndrome is actually a perplexing thing called "The Napolean Complex. Yes his face has a tribal tattoo....just like Mike Tyson. At least Lee isn't like every other "cookie cutter" bb. p.s. Hope this helps!!

I am pretty sure Lee gets enough attention without his tattoo.  There are some that stick out in a crowd no matter what.
