I disagree. Costner was pretty good in JFK and American Flyers. Cage was good in Lord of War and won an oscar for Leaving Las Vegas.

Gonna say Ray Liotta for 1 of Hollywoods best actors but flying under the radar.Underrated.

Val Kilmer is a very mediocre actor. His performance in the Saint was laughable. Worst actor is Keanu Reeves. That guy has 3 facial expressions which are very hard to separate. He did some good movies, bit his acting is very bland to say the least. At least he doesn't "overact". That's even worse. Best actor is De Niro, but not for comedies. I like Christian Bale as well, but he's a little bit too intense and arrogant sometimes. Very good in American Psycho though. Denzel washington is very good too. Sam Jackson-best
