I saw it the other day


beautiful direction.

You get immersed into 3 distinctly different cultures and see how ordinary communication breaks down so easily.

I haven't seen it yet, but that didn't stop me from betting it would win an Oscar tonight for best movie  :D

I don't think it will because I think Scorsese will win for The Departed, not because it's anywhere near his best work but because he hasn't won in the past...

Yeah that's how it works there.  Too bad.  Not that Martin doesn't deserve one, but just not for departed
