She is going to Hedge.............(in June same show as me)

we knew she wasn't going to be 100% for this show
(but she picked a date to do a show and stuck to it)

I give her credit for the transformation, but she clearly has room for improvements on the condition.

And I'm not suggesting getting to bodybuilder type of conditioning.

BTW, I hope she don't try anything stupid to get more condition the last 2 weeks. She's got to play the hand she's delt, it looks good enough too.

I was/am tired. 50 carb day and training legs don't mix well.

And before anyone goes off on the 50 carb thing, I'm cycling carbs, and it's working for me.

And yes, I know I am not going to come in at 100% ready for this show, but considering where I came from...I'm happy. June's show will will prove to be much better.
