Phil's DVD will be released at the Arnold and for sale on www.thegiftdvd.com following the Arnold Classic. All other distributors will receive their DVDs mid-March.

As long as they get the DVD, I'm happy. Aside from the supersticky article written by the fella at the Seattle paper, I haven't seen a thing I don't like about Phil heath. Good guy, sick arms. This generation's levrone.

Phil Heath is looking good. The pics at the Weider offices is for Flex magazine perhaps.

It will be interesting to see if Phil can rise to the level of attention that he has received and win the Arnold Classic. Phil is in the best shape of his life, 10 pounds heavier is what I heard, and right on the money.

The judges like him, the fans like him, he is undefeated.

Two time defending champ Dexter Jackson isnt getting any love lately from many people, but LT picked him to win. I got Victor Martinez to win, hopefully, he is right on the money for this show! But Isaac has got Phil - whom he has predicted and was right on every prediction he has made regarding Phil.

Everyone I have talked about has said that this Arnold Classic buzz and who will win is one of the toughest predictions to make.

I have heard from Jeramy Freeman that it really doesnt matter if Dexter or Victor come in at their bests, because Phil Heath will wipe them both out.

If (and this is a big if) Phil is as amazing as everyone's saying, he'll beat Dexter unless Dexter somehow got himself into his best shape ever and improved his calves. Somehow I doubt Dexter doing that more than Phil. The problem for Dexter is that Phil's got momentum on his side right now and after Dexter drastically improved for 2003, he's made no improvements since.

of course, I highly doubt he's 10 lbs heavier (while still being ripped). People throw those numbers around but do you know what 10 lbs of muscle amounts to? Imagine 8 1-pound steaks (allowing for the fat in each) put all over his body. That's basically the amount of 10 lbs of muscle. You really think he's that much bigger? I'm guessing that if he is bigger, on stage he'll be 3-5 lbs bigger, which is a LOT.

You bet he is only going to be 3-4lbs bigger - after he steps on stage it will be clear it is more then that.
