The only thing this "bet" needs now is a "judge". As a neutral and disinterested party with years of judicial experience, I volunteer to act as an impartial arbiter in deciding whether TA fulfills the requirements of the bet. I will be evaluating:
1) Initially confirming that the weights appear to be legitimate;
2) Confirming that TA is using a weight belt (if desired) and wrist straps, but no other devices (suit) that could aid the lift;
3) Confirm that each repetition fulfills its requirements by starting from the ground and finishing in a locked out position;
4) Counting repetitions (I recommend exceeding 112 just in case some reps do not qualify);
5) Ensuring that the posted video is unedited and uncut and that the timelog is clearly present to ensure continuity;
6) Making the final determination whether TA wins or loses the bet;
7) Giving final authority to 240 to either release the funds to TA or to the other parties;

Confirming that the winning party has received his money.
My reputation for fairness and impartiality precedes me and 240 knows of my experience in such matters.
Do we have an understanding gentlemen?
If so, I would like to see this dynamic feat performed prior to EOB Thursday.
