The only supplement that might do anything is creatine...just buy a generic brand, it is all the same stuff anyway.

What about Gaspari's Novadelx XT or something like that ?? I heard good things about that ..

I heard good shit about Gaspari's stuff, I would say the creatine is the best from what I heard. Havn't heard much about Labrada's line though. Just get No-Xplode with some kind of creatine and you'll be set.

Can't say I or anyone I know has ever had problems like that with NO-Xplode, a friend of mine said he did with Super Pump 250 by Gaspari though but he loves the rest of the products though.
