Um no. He is a freak. They're guys like him in every sport. Guys you cant describe with words. (Roids aside)Trains like an animal, looks like something from another planet. The Bowflex physique isnt always ideal for the sport.

never said anything about bowflex. Is he big? yes. At what expense? He has no hardness to his physique, no sepreation, no definition to speak of...does he even have intercostals and obliques? he did when he made his debut at the NOC a few years ago. he does not represent a thing that bb is or what it should be. Threre were freaks before markus like dillet, levrone and if we want to go back further guys like Christian who were monsters but still met BB criteria.

I'm sure he's a nice guy, I sure he trains hard and yes he's a freak but sometimes that's not a good thing.

Sure is hard to put him in a lineup and place him correctly over a guy like Dexter or Phil Heath but the guy has a chest from another universe, great arms, quads with cuts and sweeps and a DECENT midsection for a guy his size. Once he turns around there isnt a whole lot of definition but still competitive. If he doesnt represent a thing in bb then neither does Branch Warren.

branch is approaching the worst case scenerio but not there yet.

BB should be moving forward, ruhl is huge, no doubt but there just isn't any quality to his physique.

He made Ronnie looks small on the European tour after the 06 Olympia.

They guy has a very decent ab/thigh pose as well.

hey curry craver, you titled this "pics training" and all i see him doing is sitting on a bench with a bedsheet size shirt wrapped around him. why dont you go take some iodine tablets and maybe you'll be the first in your village to not get a volleyball sized goiter by the time you're 22.

of what? I have no desire to do what markus has had to do to look like he does right now. Sorry, I'm happy with my life, more power to him if this is what he wants, I wish him well it's just not what I think of when i think Bodybuilding.

I'm not jealous of anyone in BB, once I realized what you have to do to yourself to be a pro and what the rewards were....well, lets just say it's not for me.
