Ruhl is from another planet. The guy should have won his grand prix event last year. He's the biggest guy in the sport and has a smaller gut than ALOT of other guys who are half his size. He has a big waist but it doesn't bulge out nearly as much as jay/ronnie/gustavo/silvio, etc.

never said anything about bowflex.  Is he big?  yes.  At what expense?  He has no hardness to his physique, no sepreation, no definition to speak of...does he even have intercostals and obliques? he did when he made his debut at the NOC a few years ago.  he does not represent a thing that bb is or what it should be.  Threre were freaks before markus like dillet, levrone and if we want to go back further guys like Christian who were monsters but still met BB criteria.

I'm sure he's a nice guy, I sure he trains hard and yes he's a freak but sometimes that's not a good thing.

Ruhl IS the evolution Bodybuilding today!
Comparing, say, Arnold, Zane, even Haney at their peaks, to guys like Markus today, is like comparing a 1969 Indy car to what will race this may.  Its nothing but nostalgic fantasy.

Dorian,Ronnie, Ruhl, James, Nasser. Those are bodybuilders taking it to a new level.
Not stuck in their development.  The drive to exceed/ excel can not be stopped.
How far it will go? 300lb -350- 400lbs lean in the future?
