Just the pain associated with it. I've tried five different brands & it's been the same everytime - intense pain. The only way I've found to minimize it some it to shoot Prop with EQ & even that doesn't always work. Maybe I'm just extra sensitive to the ester or something. No other ester really seems to bother me.

I had the same problem recently in my quad. I am always very careful but for some reason a 2cc sust shot got me good. Huge knot, even bigger pain and hot bath/massages did nothing. I bit the bullet and even did some self draining with a 23g and a 10cc syringe and honestly got about 4-5 cc`s total of crap out in two trys. I knew it was time to go to the Dr. and was given a 6 pk of Zithromax and about a week later I was great. I still heat/massage it and it is all but gone.
It was a very respected UG and my method is always safe so I was suprised.

You're a fucking idiot.. at 1:1 that would be at least 3cc's of vitamin B a week, that's 12 a month, you can get poisoning from that much vitamin B and end up in a much worse condition, you don't need more then a 1/4cc to dilute with, I know I do it all the time.

I already shoot a little B12 with every shot (about 0.25ml). I've already solved the problem - I don't use Prop anymore. I can get the same effect from Test E or C (I just have to wait a little longer for it to kick in).

If you get it cut,tell the doctor to be carefull about cutting through muscle.I had mine done two years ago and its never been the same since.They must have cut through muscle and everytime I squat,the glute feels like its going to tear off.Be carefull.

It seems for me the first shot or two are pretty painfull, then the body aclimates to the ester, and the pain lessens.  But once and a while things just end up hurting or getting swollen.  Could have to do with the length of time on, after a while your body says "stop shooting all that oil in me!".  Palumbo mentioned a "serum sickness" as being a problem with long term AAS use. 

The human body when pushed too hard for too long with drugs and lots of stress on the body will find a way to throw out the anchor and stop stuff.  It is a self preservation mechanism and a fight to maintain homeostasis or a balance.  It may do some painfull stuff to you to get your attention.
