Were you even a part of the NABBA?

I mean, you never stepped foot on an NABBA stage. You owned a gym, and as far as I know, you were an IFBB man. So I'm having trouble seeing how the NABBA's rules apply to you.

his intellect is far too superior for him to answer to you.   ::)

I have never competed in any NABBA contests.

Mr Moore if you read this thread properly you will see that some little guys have big mouths and it was those people I said I look better than, even now. My calves are still over 17 inches without any training. I didn't see yours in any of those photos. Care to enlighten us?

Hey, Vince, just a curiosity of mine, what makes you think that you look bigger or better than any member in these boards? You don't even look like you have ever lifted weights in your whole life. I put you in the same category as your best buddy, who shares the same name with you, the 'other' Vince......

The way your calves look alone means shit...everything belongs to a whole in bb, nothing is taken into consideration alone, by itself....a big calf means a rat's ass without a big and cut thigh to go along, and so on...... a big, but fat bodypart alone by itself won't take you very far as a bbdr, maybe that's why you retired after just a handful of shows under your belt, a handful that I could count in one hand, even if some fingers were missing...

According to the NABBA rules if I were to compete in the Mr Universe I would be considered a professional.

In 1970 there was only the IFBB in Canada so anyone who competed had to 'join' the IFBB. It was all just a formality. Promoters had to pay the IFBB to hold contests. It was the first time that title was held in Vancouver and we had only one guy from Quebec and no one from Ontario. Obviously it was a watered down field. We had another contest that day for the Pacific Northwest but again, few good bodybuilders came up from Washington State.

Gosh, imagine Goodrum being my peer! Not in a million years either physically or mentally will that occur. Goodrum and many others here are outstanding at exaggerating their own importance and success.

Adonis asked my opinion on the gravity suit. As an engineer of gym equipment that device was outside my expertise.

Adonis has a good brain and he sure knows how to stir the crap out of most guys, even pros. I would make him a better person if we talked. There is no point upsetting guys like Milos, for example, who I have the upmost respect for.

VINCE,

I am going to work with you.  MY Adonis Principles and Our collboration on training.

Uummmmmkay, Mr Canada..... ::)

Don't you have some fucked up dumbells to fix?

Leave the bodybuilding discussion boards to those that actually train.....and love doing so.

A never-was, who's obviously bitter of his poorly choosen sport can't contribute to anything positive here, like you always prove yourself time and time again....

I can't comprehend why somebody who can't say a good thing about the related subject that is the reason the board he posts in exists still insists on wasting his and OUR time in here.....now you know why I call you twilight zone oldtimer.....

The ones in this thread. You claim that Adonix = insane. He is not. Debussey wrote: Adonix=smart. You claimed Debussey = in the twilight zone.
Point is. Adonix= very smart. You can not claim otherwise. Adonix = educated and well read. He is a student of rationality and logic. Thus, your thoughts about his lack of "grounding in reality" = irrational hate because you have nothing to substantiate your claims.

Are you saying that providing an alternative theory = lunatic? If his hypothesis proves effective-> Its an effective theory that can be applied to get results.

Debussey/GOD

Well good for you. If your behaviour reflected this as well, we might even believe you.

Gary Busey = God. Debussey = an alien/Gary Busey hybrid.

Everybody, this is teh great Michael Moore:

HAHHAH Why is he wearing a kids YMCA Basketball Jersey over a shirt?  LOLOLOL

I bet it has some kind of trophy value of some sort.  Perhaps he stole it out of the boys locker after "Mentoring" a particular 12 year old boy in the Big Brother/Big Sister YMCA program.

The Adonis principles are merely what sports science has established. It is amazing how silly so many bodybuilders are. Nothing has changed in that regard for the 48 years I have been bodybuilding. The vast majority of bodybuilders think they know it all but most know very little at all. Very few succeed in getting big. Doing it naturally, like Adonis and I prefer, is not at all easy. Most guys can't wait that long for results.

If some examine some of the research in exercise physiology then it should be clear that enough is known to duplicate some of those experiments and grow rapidly, indeed. So many default to what they read in the magazines. Can anyone mention one person who is writing for those magazines who is truly knowledgeable about hypertrophy? There are few true experts out there but many guys presenting articles. The editors of most magazines like to think they possess the epitome of bodybuilding knowledge but I doubt that is true.

So Adonis and I could collaborate and I could help him exceed his wildest dreams re muscle size.

Well, to your own surprise, you 2 share a lot of the same "qualities".......equally annoying, equally at the wrong message boards, equally retarded, equally delusional of their OWN importance, equally dumbfucks......your only difference lies in the color of the skin.......See? I wouldn't jump to insult Goodrum so quickly if I were you. As you can see, you 2 are probably brothers from another mother...

Was this taken in between pizza deliveries? Are you as annoying in person? Obviously no modesty let alone class, wearing the guido outfit; you're a classic stereotype.

Was the dog the bottom or the top?

HAHHAHH look at the size of that "entertainment unit".   Where do you keep the binoculars for the television?

Goodrum is a charlatan who shouldn't be giving anyone advice, let alone charge for it.

You, Michael, resort to insults thinking that is winning the debate. You reveal your lack of substance.

Adonis knows something about nutrition and that is why he can make what seems to be outlandish statements. His statements about others using drugs are probably true, too. I don't use that strategy but a young man might find that fun. I prefer to respect all those who have accomplished something in the iron game.

Ummm, yeah!!! I have to agree with you about the blue jersey.....too King Kamali for my taste, nowadays, I agree...

How about those legs of yours, are they coming up??? Or are you still squatting using your gravity suit? That explain the toothpicks you walk with everyday.....

Your knees resemble those of Ethiopians.........walki ng skeletons with big knees because of cadaveric features......skin and bones. Only problem is that you mistake your anorexic condition for a 'ripped and simmetric look'  ::)

I am the first to admit that I looked fat at those photos, shame of me.....but those that actually know a thing or two about bodybuilding are aware that you have to break the egg shells to cook the omelet  ;)......IF you know what I mean....

No wonder you think taht Adonis is a guru in nutrition....you are obviously following his dunkin donuts advices to a 'T', it's blatant apparent just looking at you....

Now in his case the donuts represents his only meal for that day, hence the ripped, cadaveric, dehidrated look he has, big kneed and Elf headed that he mistakes for a 'ripped' look.

He fooled you, Vince.......the donuts were meant as the only meal of the day, since protein is "overrated", by his philosophy.....the protein amount in that donut is sufficient to get you through the day AND enough to build muscle at the same time. ;)

You're fucking up on eating sausages as side dishes, that's what's making you 'hold all that weight'.........Mr. Canada!

It only LOOKS like a blue kids Jersey, but it isn't....beleive it or not, it is a normal jersey sleevless shirt meant to be used over a T-shirt when training. It actually keeps you warm and helps with perspiration, keeps you drier, as in not sweating excessively......trust me ;D  I threw it out for good, relax.....LOL
