So what was i doing there with that comment? Insulting america? No. I was answering to claims about europeans constantly bashing america.
And notice this part: "I don't generally have anything against americans, but comments like that (BSB's) create an image of arrogant nation."

Don't waste your time explaining your opinion to this Berzerk kid... He just doesn't get it...

You're absolutely right. Yesterday i argued about 2 hours with him when he claimed that for country with 5 million people, it is easier to get higher AVERAGE IQ than for country with 300 million people. His best argument was: "If there's 10 people in small country with IQ of 110, surely it has more effect than if there's 10 people with IQ of 110 in big country

He just wouldn't understand what average means

After couple of hours he admitted being wrong

It's a movie. I couldn't care less as to where Lundgren is from considering Drago is from Russia in Rocky 4.

Actually Finland is a good country to live in... it is considered as one the countries with the best life quality. Few % of unemployed, not a poluting country, very deseveloped in what communications systems technology is concerned.

Have I ever seen Rocky IV? Yes, unfortunately i have. I especially enjoyed the part where, after huge american hype and "Living in America", american guy got beaten to death.
Have you ever been to finland? If not, i'd say i have better information about comparing finland and america. You see, unlike you, i have traveled outside the borders of my country, when you, on the other hand, have been to, to quote GreatFinn, "upstairs, then downstairs, and then basement, and once a week in K-Mart

A lot of Americans are completely clueless about the world outside the USA. The majority of them don't travel outside North America. I bet most of them think Amsterdam is a country of it's own, The Netherlands is just a town in Michigan, and Holland is a place where folks walk on wooden shoes, oh brother.

hahahahahaha, on youtube there's a video where Jeremy Clarkson from TV show TOP GEAR interviews americans at streets. He asks people to name one european country, and a woman answers "THE ONE WITH KANGAROOS!" obviuously meaning australia

The whole video is full of similar answers...

To be honest, I think that we should let them do this homework... It would be a good experience to them to know that there is actually a "world" outside... Probably they think that Iraq is in Cuba???!!!!

Like I had said before there are very many ignorant Americans(we even make fun of ourselves), but it doesn't change the fact we are the strongest country...Everyone always takes shots at the best in attempts to tear us down in some way...If there were a European country as strong as America then it would be taking criticizing shots also(and some do)...Same things happens around the world to anyone that has a position of leadership...The only thing is that I live in America and have the right to free speech to openly criticize anyone...Several countries cannot claim this...I personally don't have anything against Europeans...I did have a problem with Finland being directly compared to America though...
