Some water retention is a good thing...especialy when bulking. If it is getting out of hand then that is a problem...if for nothing else it is very uncomfortable. That is one of the reasons why taking some sort of AI such as armidex or letrozol is a good thing. I prefer arimidex...start out at 0.5mg/eod and go from there.

nolvadex, arimidex, in a bad case.. diuretics.
This is why I stopped using cyp/enanthate.. too much water b.s, I'd rather make real solid LEAN gains and see them.

I'm researching this currently but Nolva makes me drop water like crazy...like 6 pounds in less than a month!

once i quit taking it i gain the weight back in a week.

this is all during a cycle just for experimentation. keep in mind i chart EVERYTHING i do so i know if it is my diet or the Nolva. I know it's the Nolva.

i have mixed feelings about A-dex. i'll post about that when i have more time.

If it isn't out of hand relax it comes with being on juice. It's a pretty safe bet that we all get a little when on cycle.

There's a Chinese herb that works pretty well from what I hear. I have not personally used it, but a bunch of guys on another board I frequent are raving about it. It acts like a mild and safe diuretic. I cant remember what its called, but Ill find out and post it up!

No point going over 750.. if you need more then that to get results, then gear is not for you.. over that amount you just get more side effects anyways.
