I got sucked into their site because I love, simply love, their advertising campaigns.  I was wondering if any of you guys actually use their products, and if ya did, would give me an honest review of what you took and how it worked (or didn't)

They make your pee a weird bright green/yellow color. So alot of the nutrients just end up down the toilet. And if you have esophagus problems stay away from them... drink a gallon of water to get those uber big horse pills down the drain....not a good feeling to say "ah what the hell I'll just slam them back at once"  you'll be getting water backflowing out of your nose. and you'll have to force yourself to vommit to get them out of the tract...I'd reccommend getting liquid vitamins, 2 tablespoons and that's it.

I went through 2 cans of M-stack.  I was less than impressed.  I did get a little stronger though.  I used to buy the Pak, which is a good product if you can get it for under 20 bucks on the net, but now I buy ISS vitamin packs.  30 day supply for 9.99.  Hope this helps.

i used to get the pak but have discarded it for cheaper stuff.  cuts and stak i have also tried and i think they are a waste of money.
