? This pic is from 2005 on his own admission. He is full of shit. The only reason he got so lean is because the government took him off food stamps and cheese. That's where he got his low calorie/lose weight plan. He was forced too.

Something I'd like to know a little bit more about, since it's a bit unclear, is the benchpress.

The True Adonis has claimed a 380 lbs benchpress here on Getbig.

Now, this is a little confusing, since he's claimed otherwise, elsewhere:

Of course, in theory, Abeles could've made a 75 lbs increase in the benchpress.

Only problem is that the claim of 455 lbs came 2 years before the 380 lbs claim. Huh

My best numbers are: 375 bench, i did 380 but I definitely got 375 without question,no spot.

Squat. 500 ass to the ground calves to hamstrings

Deadlift-600 lbs.

I did not do any maxing out this year, but could have easily hit those numbers.

Unlike you, I don`t have to lie about my lifts.

IM AT 455. COULD BE HIGHER. HAVENT DONE BENCH IN A WHILE....BEEN STICKING WITH THE 130-150 DB`S AND DIPS.

In short, something isn't adding up.

Apparently the speculation over Adonis’ use of performance enhancing drugs has spread to the drug dealers who allegedly supplied Adonis with his gear. Last night I got a PM from a guy in Atlanta who read my post last week about the drug dealer who alleged he sold Adonis GH and clen. This guy confirmed the allegation stating that he shipped three separate packages to an Adam Abel in the Carolinas. All three shipments have alleged to have been made during a period of time prior to last years Mr. GetBig contest.

I returned his PM and asked why he would come forward and why I should believe him. In his reply this morning, the guy in Atlanta admitted that he is Jewish. Since he joined the MD boards and realized that Adanus is a Nazi and dresses up like Hitler, and is trying to make a name for himself by claiming that he doesn’t use drugs, the guy figured what the fuck? If you can’t turn on a Nazi, who can you turn on?
