Most remakes isn't better than the original, different maybe, but not better.

I'd say Cronenbergs The Fly probably is better than the original from 1958  Wink

The new Oceans 11 was way better than the original.

It was almost unwatchable, its only saving grace was the Vegas "scene" which I love.
