not just from shrugs but barbell and dumbell shrugs directly work that muscle group

i prefer dumbell shrugs.....i like high reps and endless sets

that is the most conditioned, huge most muscular ever. it always impresses me. his delts have to be the best ever along with arms. the detail is amazing.
