6'0 220.  Not sure body fat, it's pretty low though, I think?  

 My goal weight is 230.  I have done a cycle before but I would like to try and do this without 'asssitance'.

I'd like to. So far, I'm a lifetime natural who hasn't even popped 1 pill to date. That's why I only weigh 220. I'm thinking of going to the dark side after competing in 1 contest naturally. I'm 30 now, so it won't be too soon.

I won't say it was easy - I had to work my butt off for every little gain. I'm talking triple drops on compound, free weight exercises and 3 hour marathon workouts week after week after damn week. The frame I started out with was quite small and I've got decently round muscle, so I just look a lot bigger than I really am.

  hahahahahaha   because they are nerds with no friends.They do that to "back theirself up" in an argument and also so they can take pot shots at people without anyone knowing who they are. Some accounts are shared by several people.WEEDOUTHEWEAK was a great one.

  I will admit I fell for it...I argued with "WEED" for a couple of days in one thread. :-\ I was new here and had not yet learned how getbig is. :)  The best was that thread about "arteries" where he argued and called everyone on the board dumb. Was claiming that the veins seen in bodybuilders were "arteries". Had one guy who was a doc posting up medical info to disprove him. hahaha
