Not a Scott Steiner case yet but Ruhl definitely got some fiber defficieny going on on the lower left pec.

It's a small part of his chest, but amazing how it makes him look bad overall now in all of the front poses $:-\$

I think he tore it before the 2006 Mr O. It wasn't made public nor was it even talked about in the boards, but in that contest and since then, he's had that ugly, visible tear make him look bad. Which is such a shame cause of all the mass monsters, Marcus was the most impressive and complete physically, not to mention a crowd favorite. I just hope he doesn't do the one thing that'll make it far worse - use Synthol in that area

Which is what I suspect DJ did. that big vein right over the area isn't helping either; creates a shadow effect. normally these kind of tears can be repaired.

Doubt if DJ uses Synthol. He seems like a blue-collar bodybuilder just like Jay or Mike Francois or the epitome of them all, the great Dorian Yates.

As for Markus, sad to see what was once his biggest strength become the one thing that throws off his overall completeness, at least from the front. His once square and dare I say it, awesome chest now looks like a drooping boob that just puts me off. I just hope Shadow has enough of Jay Cutler's soiled posing trunks to wear over 'his' face while 'he' sobs his heart out

I think DJ said that when he noticed the tear, he put synthol/oil in it, making it worse, then had to have surgery to fix it. Something like that.

Where did you hear about this? He's always had that lump in the corner of his chest as far as I know. Know any links or specific details like the year it happened?

I honestly don't remember where I heard it, but I believe Dennis said it himself. Might be on his PBW interview.
