yea guys, the pec almost always tears near the humerus and not near the sternum, so I'm not sure what that is.

Could be tissue aptosis/Cellulitis cause by site injection or build up of scar tissue.

Which is what I suspect DJ did. that big vein right over the area isn't helping either; creates a shadow effect. normally these kind of tears can be repaired.

probably too late to fix now, these things have to taken cared of right away

its a pec tear, no question.  steroids can weaken tendons, and looks like he ripped the tendon where the pec inserts into the lower sternum.
