almost anything by Black Sabbath with Dio snging it. If you can find it, it used to be in the 3.99 bin at meijer pick up "Dehumanizer" by sabbath, this was gonna be thier comeback with Dio back in 93ish. It's just bad ass from start to finish, just great, great stuff.

Neon Knights is one of my favorites. It falls apart at the solo but it's got great energy.
I tend to think Pre-British Steel/Killing Machine Judas Priest gets completely overlooked unless you're a big time metal head.

BSB since you mentioned paul Gilbert in another post last week I'll throw the entire Mr. Big CD Lean Into It up there as being very underrated. Yeah, it's got "to be with you" on it but the rest of the CD is very, very good if you like you're 80's early 90's pre grunge music.
