im doing seated presses with the 100s like most people press the 30s. im doing sets of 10, with a nice long pause at the 10th rep. and im supersetting standing laterals with the presses, 4 sets. is this pretty good, or are you other momos doing this kind of weight? im 50, 5/11 and 250 pounds. heres me and jimmy the bull from 2006 olympia.
