most rednecks support repubs due to their racist, anti-terrorist, pro-gun beliefs.

however the recent leash on personal liberties and the rising poverty level rates are making it hard for a redneck to hate on hilary.

when the dems are able to win the rednecks, they'll get 65% of the popular vote.

There's a lot of rednecks that are racist but I don't think a redneck is defined by racism. But to answer your question, I think there are more racists in the republican party because they view the democrats as being a party that has the interests of the minorities. Those that are racist are sickend by that fact and wouldn't dare vote dem.

Not attempting to invalidate your points, I'll just answer how I honestly see things coming from a wild west planes state and you can evaluate from there

The christian thing is very tricky. Lot of angles to consider... Your followers, the evangical christians are going to lean toward republicans. Now your Christians, the ones that don't believe in the need to be guided by a church, the ones who tell door to door missionaries to fuck off are likely to be either or in a pretty even distribution. Now since your other religions are going to tend away from repubican leanings because of the highly pomoted Republican/Evangical relationship, you're going to get greater variation in regilious backgrounds in the democratic party than you will in the republican party. Now there is something else of recent development that is starting to change things. Many evangicals have started to bail from the republicans because of the global warming issue AND a feeling that they've been used by republicans. There is a movement within the evangicals going green. That is a significant development that has some republicans worried and zionists no doubt pissed. and I'm sure there's about a dozen factors I missed.

I can't disagree with this and I gotta say, one of the things that has irked me about dems over the years is how they seem to insist on having a pussy ass appearance. It's so simple, the image is that a dem will walk into a fight with a republican and get his ass whooped. That's one reason I like to see idiots like Dashle get the boot. Dems don't need any more soft spoken wimps. Dems give rednecks every reason to flock around republicans. It would go a long way if they just dropped all anti gun issues and didn't talk like pussies. Then rednecks would flock around dems because dems support the hard working folks while republicans have a protect the billionare theme. This shows when you have a guy who talks tough in the dem party. They do good for being in Red states. How a guy like Dashle ever got a foothold in SD is beyond me.
