Basically, all I do is lift and eat McDonalds. As I have stated before, the night before the Expo I was grainy and ripped and I guess I just spilled over the morning of the show after my Bob Evans' Pancake Special featuring Two Giant Buttermilk Pancakes with vanilla cream cheese in the middle topped with caramel and warm apple compote plus a large glass of chocolate whole milk.

Next time, I won't make the same mistake.
