anybody dieted that way before ?high protein/ medium fat / very low ( almost nothing at all ) carbshere is his ¨basic¨ dietMeal 1 6 whole Omega-3 eggsMeal 2 8oz chicken with 1/2 cup raw almondsMeal 3 50g whey with 2 tablespoons all natural peanutbutterMeal 4 8oz salmon with 1 cup asparagus with 1 tablespoon macadamia nut oilMeal 5 50 g whey with 2 tablespoon PBMeal 6 6 whole eggsthat's barely nothing, they must be hungry all day longthe only thing I don't like is the 2 shakes of whey protein, If I dieted that way I'd eat some chicken or fish instead to feel like you actually have something in the stomachIt seems to work tho ! Palumbo and his clients all have insane conditionning
That diet will work really well if you are on the gear. Natural you would feel like shit all the time and not be able to train efficiently as well as lose muscle toward the end of the diet. Natural guys need more carbs than that.
In my opinion it is Highly Inefficent and not practical nor economical.Also, due to the lack of carbs, you will not be operating optimally at all.The only reason why one gets lean is the fact that One Macro Nutrient is essentially kept low and in some cases eliminated.Therefore caloric amount is reduced.There are MUCH better diet options out there.This one sucks.
