whats your training routine? body parts once a week?
i train for functionality and i dont often get more than 60g protein in a day so im usually around 185
my weights i do over 3 days, sometimes i hit bodyparts once a week, sometimes once every 2 and sometimes once every month .. but when i wrestle i get a full body workout
day 1 = chest/shoulder/tri (smithmachine shoulder, dumbell press on stability ball, a couple hammerstrength chst/shoulder press/dips)
day 2 = legs(ham curls, leg extensions, the "girly" machinces for the inside/outside of your legs, and then walking lunges/shoots)
day 3 = back, bis, forearms(chin style pulldowns,chinups,barbell row,pullover,one arm seated row,bicep curl,grip work)
the first set i do for an exercise is usualyl warmup, with the second being max weight ... sometimes i throw in a third set but it really isnt necessary cause i dotn want to kill my muscles too much if im not gonna be dieting properly and if i have to spar after
