i'm training back yesterday and there's a late 20's couple "training" legs, the guy is 6'2" 188 pounds and he's got a cute brunette girlfriend, he's in the power rack squatting 155 for his top sets and his girlfriend is immediately next to him outside the rack squatting a pre fixed 55 pound curl bar, i get done with a set of 145 pound dumbbell rows and i look over at him and say, "my God, your legs are going to be so huge they're gonna be ripping your pants squatting that massive 155, that's some huge iron, i think i was squatting that when i was 11" hahahahaha, discuss.
