dzulboy you looked really good at the AC, all kidding aside. It's the classic kind of physique that most guys aspire to. IMHO that is more important than any pro card.

yea he looked really good..... too bad the rest of his class didn;t  it's almost like he busted his ass dieting for nothing 

with his build he coulda probably come in offseason and won

True I was very dissapointed in that show. I thought @ prejudging half on those gym had no right to be on that stage... and the guy who won the overall he looked ok i thought there were a few guys that looked way better then him but hey what the hell do i know......

my calves are retarded offseason i lose them on stage  hopefully   i will figure this dieitng shit out for good soon

i could lie and say they are 20  but they are like 18  i guess dunno don;t measure   neck is 19 that i know for my dress shirts   my tailor bill is a fucking nightmare
