hamstrings were what i was told to fix in my first show iroically mest part then i smy worst now

as to the lip a rock or ice shot out of jammed snow blower and turned my lip into chopped meat on monday before the show or maybe it was tuesday i seriosuly don;t rememebr

i tried to come in tight and make light heavy i cam e in flat i was still flat here in these pic si didn;t finish fillin gup until 9 pm that night and i as a beast (or at least i felt lik eone lol)at the expo on sunday i was like 210 rock hard

Start increasing your doses and adding other drugs to the mix, you'll be a pro. You may consider putting on 5-7" around your waist though.
