Dude, you look incredible.  COngrats.  I am competing at 215 in October but am a lot taller.  You really nailed the condition and have good symmetry other than the pecs which you are aware of.  I wouldnt say they suck though, jsut need a little more thickness.  I have started doing very strict dips first in my workout and this has thickened up my pecs a lot as they are my weakness as well.  There is nothing about your genetics that says you cant be a pro, in fact I would say you have a better chance than most if you can get the extra size without too much GH or slin.  Massive congratulations.  Well done.
