Melvin will blow up and be top 4 at the O, bearing 275 pounds with a small waist, and he won't be flat.

I used to rag on him for the renal failure stuff, but these guys are grownups and know the risks. It works. It does show BBing to be a bit more chemical warfare than plain ol' hard work and smart diet though... really drives that point home.

but some people incorrectly think that this is his natural max....

if he hasnt eaten correctly or trained in several months..this cant be considered his natural max.

you have to seperate:

a) no drugs no food no training
b)no drugs food and training (but used before)
c) lifetime natural+food+training
d)EL Mariachi
e)drugs, food +training
f)drugs no food no training

he had freakin hernia surgery and no he hasnt trained, and if he isnt training why eat 1000's of calories. so yea you would get smaller whether you were jacked on the sauce or natural.

he is probably taking a break from lifting too. most of chads guys do.

he would be bigger naturally if he was lifting, and eating properly.

but drugs are the main component.

But he will also go on for 12-15 weeks and put on more muscle than you have in your past 7 years of training.
