Do you really think Jay is taking 25 years off his life? Hard to say, only time will tell I guess. I went to university for four years and got a degree, Jay trained and did massive amounts of steroids(under a doctors supervision) during that time. We took separate paths but both the same goal and drive for success. What makes me so much better?

There are two schools of thought on this. One is to stay on all year long, fluctuating your doses higher in the offseason for mass.

Others go off completely let their levels return back to normal and then blow up again and cut down before thier shows.

I would say 245 is Mel's max, actually last year to me is was Mel's max, because he was starting to ruin his lines. He looks better at 229 than at 235-245. The weight messes up his symetry.

275 is his offseason weight and at 265 he also looks damn good. Maybe Chad is thinking that since Mel doesn't have the kidney problems that Flex did, he can make Mel into a cross creation of Ronnie and Flex.

true arnold did that thing too....in reality arnold was pretty smallboned...mostly it was later in his career tho...something like 73-75 that he took time off between competitions. wasnt there even talk of him not doing the 75 olympia...if not for pumping iron? in late 60s he bulked up after competitions...was probably on year around for a few years in late 60s...

This is kinda sad. Melvin makes a carear off his body. why would he EVER stop working out? I have been lifting since the tenth grade, even through med school, and don;t think i took more that 2 weeks off at a time.

I quess I can be a pro if I used 5,000mg of test, 800 mg deca, 800 mg primo, GH, and some anadrol and who knows what else... and maybe hit the gym ever now and then.
