True. Melvin at the 2006 Arnold was like 245 and for the Olympia he said he added abit over 10lbs and kept the waist tight. Didn't Melvin also have his hernia fixed to after the Olympia? I'd like to see a better shot of him at the 2007 Arnold Expo because even though he has lost some weight I don't think it is that much.

I take that back. In the Olympia ed. of Flex, it says Melvin was 240lbs. onstage not 250s. If that were the case he'd weigh just as much as Victor and that can't be right.

Sure...Go ahead take all of them and try to make top 5 in the Olympia or even better see if you can place top 5 on the Nationals.....Drugs are essecial part of a Bodybuilding sucess, but the smallest of it. Genetics, nutrition and training have more fundamental roles on the sucess of a bodybuider.

yeah but without drugs, he just looks like one of the top 4 or 5 guys at my local YMCA gym.

Sure.....your Local YMCA gym must be that new Mecca of Bodybuiding if that is true. Have you been to the Arnold??? Melvin may seen small on the picture but reality is he has not train for 6 weeks and he is obviously much bigger that avg.

Drugs will never change the shape of the muscle,or the bone structure. Without the drugs in BB many of the same guys would be at the top simply because they have superior muscle shape and bone structure. I could take all the gear in the world and would never have a Pro caliber physique...I do not have the genetics to.
