The Weekly Average is 2900 which is just a but below my Formula. I have it all figured out to a T, which Is why I gain muscle, yet remain at 3-4 percent bodyfat now.

Much leaner than the Mr. Getbig Pics with about 2-4 lbs of added muscle.

Back when the judges for the Mr Getbig were appointed I originally stated that sarcasm/Squadfather should be on the Mr Getbig judging panel, and I debated that viewpoint with Mindspin and others who claimed he would be partial and therefore not a good judge.

if you want to say your average daily calorie intake is 2900 then say "2900 per day on average"

"2900 A week" does not mean anything, it is illogical, you may as well say "2900 Per month". if you want to write a best-selling diet book you'll need to start articulating your thoughts in a logical manner.
