I noticed that there was quite a good response on the Robby Robinson thread so I thought I would post this pic of when I shot Bill Grant training arms recently. Bill is a contributor to Kaged Muscle and is a great guy who trains like an animal

I agree. Bill looks to be somewhere between 59 and 61 years old. Am I correct in thinking this?

Bill trained with Arnold in the early 70's. He's definitely around 60 now.

This guy's absolutely sure. Train a little longer and you'll figure out that it doesn't take much time at all to lift effectively/maintain.

Some of these same guys are in awe of "Sly" and Arnold in shape.. ::)

Probably with 13" arms, knowing he'll never get there at any age resorts to speculation on others who will always be his superior. LOL

Arms are only 18" right now, I'm honest about that one.  Been clean a long time.  Your right though about him having a superior physique and I can safely say I will never be that big although I would take his physique in a minute! Like nobody else on here will admit I can honestly say that my body doesn't respond to gear that well so there's no need to kill myself trying anymore!  How's that for honesty? ;)

Well if I spent all my time sitting infront of a damn computer.Crackin' on people who actually work they're asses off to attain their goals.Or taking 5+ minutes between sets talking to some split tail.Or on the phone.I wouldn't respond to the gear either!

its refreshing to see guys from yesteryear that keep at it....Guys like him did it for the love of the game, feel of the iron, all that sh t...The same can't be said about alot of other guys who just let themselves go....These guys are inspirational...

There it is there.Inspiration
Guys like him give me motivation,And inspiration to DRAG my ass to the gym.When I dont want to.And work my butt off.because those are the possible results.Because when I'm 60+.I want to beable to care for my self.To get around on my own,and wipe my own ass.Not be a sucked up invalid who needs someone to take me to the can.Or feed me.So when I have them,I can enjoy my grandkids.And maintain my quallity of life.

Yeah pullin' ass,And turning heads is nice.Thats why we started this.But now at 35.I'm thinking long term.Not that I'm an old fart.Just older/wiser is all.So Grant,Keep it up.We should only hope to be built like you as young men.Let alone at 60.
