Hey Chick you ever gonna get to defend your Masters title? I know noone carried the show but id like to see you film you progress again on the Fitshow!!! Shit was awesome you looked great!!! Nice to get tips and see the progress of a seasoned vet!!!

Of course...It was also discussed that they might bring back the Masters O...either or both would have been great...but neither is going on since it doesn't pay for the promoters to pick it up.

did u see the show?? pavol was way down in size from normal in the legs and back, Jeffers was the closest thing to competion to Bob but didnt have enough size.

yeah his conditioning was spot on no doubt about that, but ya cant win a show on conditioning alone

now if the Pavol that took 2nd in the 2003 NOC or even how he looked in 2004 i'd have to agree with ya but Pavol looked about 20% smaller than normal i think they made the right call

Dont get it twisted promoters love the sport but money is more important!!! Bodybuilding is a buisness!! You cant blame them. Could you afford to dish out thousands of bucks for a show you aint making shit on? Think not!! But hey this questions for Bob just giving my opinion!!! I wanna see Bob defend his title just as much as the next guy!!! ;D

Soon it will be over, especially as more and more people learn supplements are useless as they are the only ones sponsoring these things.

What if you moved it into olympia weekend?
theres no loss since people are swarming around for 3-4 days anyways and the stage is set up, just sell tickets real cheap...
so many guys are now over 40...can u imagine if
Vince Taylor, Toney Freeman, Troy Alves, Gary Strydom, Paul Dillet even Claude Groulx and Pavol Jablonicky were to compete???
all these guys are qualified to do this type of show. point is there are plenty of heavy hitters in the masters category.
also Bob Chick! duh!!

well more people today are taking steroids then ever before...Almost every gym in the states has a certain % of people who use now...Back in the 80s when the gym boom was going on...Only a few people in the gyms were using....As long as kids are using steroids just to build muscle for no other reason but vanity...Bodybuilding shows will exist...I think it will run in cycles though...
