That brings up whether we should let people who do a lot of drugs and drive vote because they lack rational thinking also....  should we let them vote?

Most Americans don't vote.

Maybe they're being similarly responsible.

Being a legal alien I can't vote... and have to say, there's a kind of relief in not having to be responsible and getting to blame everyone else for bad government.  :D

On the other hand... as other far as "rational" goes, I don't know that the word "testosterone" usually precedes the word "rational."

That was pretty much going to be my comment.  Testosterone makes us guys do really dumb stuff sometimes.   :-\

They did a very scientific study to determine if there really was something to PMS causing impaired thought processes. they discovered that it in fact can impair one's ability for rational thought.

they took the study further to determine how often this problem would present itself.

They found out that due to hormonal fluctuations, women experience this impaired thought process once a month, an average of 2 days per month. They further discovered that men experience this same phenomenon approximately 10 x's a day  :o

It was either 10x's a day, or every 10 min (not sure which) so I decided to err on the side of caution.  8)

Besides, ...everyone knows testosterone causes brain damage.  ;)
