after getting the red name on here we all thought mike arvilla was going stright to the top, but apparently he cant get exposure in any real mags, boards or on the local street corner so he let MD publish a pic of him:

Bodybuilding and "real mags" are an oxymoron. Mike deserves some credit. Whatever you or I or anybody may personally feel he set a goal and he accomplished it.

Mike looks alright when he's bulked up.

Fact is, no matter how much "assistance" is used, not very many guys 6ft or so hold onto alot of muscle when they diet down, they usually look thin. Mike will always look thin when he diets down, can't change genetics.

Tall guys who hold onto muscle when they diet down usually climb the ranks extremely fast.

Mike looks good around 240 and probably holding around 12-15%.

Arvilla has a very unbalanced physique.  His chest is way too small to match his shoulders and arms.  I don't know what to say about this legs.  They look quite puny, but I guess his genetics will hold him back...

I haven't seen a backshot.
