I was actually helping Darrem with Renell back stage at the night show. By no means does Renell do anything at all. I have seen him work out many times it is just hard work GENETICS and lots of food. Scary that he is only 140lbs. He will go a long way!

Stavios...where did you get that picture? Where you there? That was my show. Darrem's son looked great as did Darrem. A very mellow and likable man in person.
