Well Apenis is the worst. Vince has an excuse. Apenis is just plain fucking stupid. Vince knows he's stupid but like I said he had the balls to step on stage. Apenis has done NOTHING at all ever. He claims so much shit yet has proven nothing ever. He says he has a degree yet will not produce one. I have a National and World title under my belt. He has NOTHING. He says he is in school yet he works for the water department. In my day or in my gym now he would have got his ass kicked and would never be able to go to a gym again. But, with the internet he can hide and say what he wants with repercussions (yet). He cuts & astes everything he says. He copies other people ideas and plays them off like their his. I would have to say Apenis is the worst on Getbig. Plus his body is horrible and yet he thinks its great. He and his gimmic accounts all call me fat. Well hey at least I can admit it. No way in the world would they say that in front of me though. And my fat will out lift his bones in ANY lift but the squat cause of my back. Plus I can get back into shape, he can never put on muscle. Monster delusion.

I have seen 120 pounds asians powerlift 3 times their bodyweight on certain lifts. Just because you are big doesn't mean you have alot of muscle. You may have alot of white muscle fibers. Muscle size doesn't equate into strength....... Thank you for showing your ignorance and discrediting yourself.

Actually that can make some sense...See... A chain will fall to the floor, which will mean that the weight you push at the bottom is LESS than the extended chain as it's picked up off the floor... Each link off the ground increases the weight you're effectively pushing.So, at the bottom, where people are weaker and get stuck, you can get a couple of more reps by using a chain... It's also used to help people with their bench press.
