Tips for more 'brutal' scenes:
- After putting chalk in hands, take a little and put on your mouth, for you to 'chew' while do Squats...(obs. If its the 'vomit' set the chalk will add 'rawness' to it)
- Drop the plates ON your foot and legs...all the blood will scream 'savage workout!"
- Do all Deadlifts, back workout WITHOUT gloves and straps...its only hardcore if your hands showing the flesh and bones!!!
- Your 'post workout' drink should be creatine + beer + jack daniels + Gakic all together in a shake (if you really like the chalk taste, you can add it here too! the more raw, the better)
