Is this synthol? Not sure?

I was looking through the results of the 05 nationals earlier, and saw this guy. His shoulders and arms look a bit unusual. I am usually no expert in detecting synthol (unless it's as bad as Derek Anthony). What do you make of this guy? His name is Blair Mone. Musclememory says he last competed in 05.

I think she moved to a different state and got out of cali but I know that they lived in Walnut Creek, Ca

I think he spells his name "Jeramy" or some weird spelling with an "a"...

At any rate, the guy in the pics above tried his luck in the npc for several years, until 2005, but i don't think he competed afterwards. Maybe the synthol got the better of him....
