How are you supposed to take clenbuterol?

So I got this bottle of clen, it has 100 tabs, at 40 mcg per tab.  I'm not exactly sure what is the best way to take it.  I read an article that said to take 80-120mcg a day (2 to 3 tabs) for about 4 weeks, then take at least two weeks off before repeating.  I also read to simply go 2 days on, one day off.

Any ideas?

there are 2 main theories..

2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off...ephedrine/ caffiene in between

the other is 2 days  on, one off, one on, 2 off......repeat

make sure you build your dosage up if youve never taken clen before...

Yes thats how I have been doing it, seems to work good that way.

I just take 1 tab a night for a week of regular OTC benadryl, works great.  I split my clen doses as well, morning, afternoon, after dinner.

I usually split my doseage up during the day. Once in the morning & once the late afternoon. I also don't take over 80mcg's at a time - it makes me too jittery.

This benadryl stuff is new to me--why does one take it with clen?  What dosage?  etc.  If you're taking benadryl do you still need to cycle your clen?

Not sleeping well myself but dont really think its the clen, probally more a lack of carbs for me right now (not a lot of seritonin being released, probally would explain the mood swings too) have found it makes me sweat some while sleeping at night though.

Hate to say it but a good diet, workout program and cardio works wonders

Ease up bro, I've said before that I don't get worked up about stuff on here...at least not too often. I was simply stating my opinion on ECA, not knocking yours...that's all it was.

I would have to agree.  I feel worse on the OTC/caffine, herb based fat burners.  They string me out and give me headaches.  The clen seems pretty mild in compairason as far a sides and works better IMO  I kinda like the stuff.

I have read clen increases dopamine release in the brain, wonder if this makes it in anyform addictive?

Also drink plenty of water. You really need to stay hydrated or you'll get brutal cramping while on it.
