How are you supposed to take clenbuterol?

So I got this bottle of clen, it has 100 tabs, at 40 mcg per tab.  I'm not exactly sure what is the best way to take it.  I read an article that said to take 80-120mcg a day (2 to 3 tabs) for about 4 weeks, then take at least two weeks off before repeating.  I also read to simply go 2 days on, one day off.

Any ideas?

LOL...wife and I both had this happen last night!!!!...LOL, we both blasted legs earlier that afternoon!!  After the cramp we just looked at ourselves all convulsing and shit trying to work the cramp out...funny has hell! Like fish flopping out of water!...lol
